Submitted on 2/1/2016 Review title of RichardBest free webcam app Installed and works just fine on my Win 10 laptop. Saves are easy and intuitive, effects are fun. It is a bit basic, but I'm having no problems. It's much better than the other freebies. If you want power webcam software, pay $40 for Cyberlink, but for me Photo Booth pro does the job nicely.
They have either fixed their Win 10 issues, or the semi-literate gripers are just that.semi-literate (maybe they need an app for that first);).
