I accidentally deleted a message string from someone, now the phone shows an unopened message. When you open the message app, there are no unopened message showing, but yet, the app icon still shows the unopened message.

To whom it may concern, My company, Hewlett-Packard, utilizes ZixMail within Outlook to send/receive secure mail. It would be great if I could open mail sent via ZixMail in my Outlook mobile app instead of waiting until I'm back on my desktop. System Requirements: □ Windows 7, 8, or 10.
